Qualification

Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil Engineer, Marketing, and Experienced in Product Applications such Waterproofing, repair material, Coating, specialized screeds, wall panels, Vinyl, WPC, Expansion Joints, Wooden flooring, Carpet etc with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the middle east, preferred experience from Oman

Skills

Application works Sales, Man-power handling, knowledge of AutoCAD, Business Development, Construction Chemicals sales experience, Building Material sales experience, Knowledge of Civil construction industry. Arabic speaking, Market research, Market analysis, Negotiator.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• - Manage application team and provide technical assistance.
• Capable of coordinating with main contractor, end user, clients and the project team.
• Manage professional project contract document from start to end.
• - Develop and implement application strategies for construction chemicals
• - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• - Provide customer support and training
• - Identify new business opportunities for application works.
• Quick learner and gaining the product knowledge in short period of time.
• Hunt for accounts, new customers and act as the primary contact and negotiator for assigned key accounts and key product segments.
• Develop account and project penetration strategies and action plans based on analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, determining the required resources, and understanding the decision making and internal influencing dynamics.
• Responsible for securing specifications for targeted projects and /or company standards, ensuring that clients range of products is the desired solution for key applications of customer.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and implement pricing agreements aimed at increasing share of wallet and improving overall account profitability.
• Develop and maintain appropriate contacts at all relevant levels to understand and secure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Timely and precise report preparation and maintaining personal database of business activities and discuss with team leader
• Represent client all the time in line with company policies.
• Achieve set target sales for the month.
• Improving the sales through end users and applicators.
• Sales of complimentary products which improves the sales of client range of products.
• Invite key decision makers from customers for marketing events.
• Giving technical presentations at client offices.

Desired Profile of Candidate

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in Applications and as sub-contractor to main contractor/The clients with construction chemicals Products+ other products outlined about. Also, able to handle the Allied and building construction products. Experienced in handling the key accounts, sales, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements related to project account development and implementation including specifications and standard creation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem-solving Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of organizational awareness and ability to navigate organizational matrix to leverage resources.
• High level of motivation and customer focus, continuous improvement mentality required in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire others
