Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Technicians 

• Inspection brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles
• Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling (engine and gearbox),  assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
• Perform minor and major repairs on trucks, ( SCANIA, MAN, HINO, VOLVO , MERCEDES etc ) trailers and other heavy equipment as (Volvo, komatsu, CAT  and Hyundai)
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes
