Responsible for coordinating the training and development for employees. The role will specifically entail leading on coordination of the Vocational Competence Programme, implementing and maintaining systems to enable accurate tracking of employee

•    Office Experience: Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or coordination roles.
•    Attributes: High energy, enjoys a fast-paced and busy environment.
•    Skills: Strong IT skills, problem-solving abilities.
•    Training: No specific training background required;client  will provide necessary training.

    Implement systems to enable accurate tracking of employee progress
    Implement system for storage of evidence collected and employee portfolios
    Assist Vocational Competence Lead in creation and maintenance of processes and documentation for assessment and verification
    Produce and design regular reports for Training Dept and wider business
    Coordinate scheduling of the Behavioral Safety Programme
    Track roll out and delivery
    Produce reports on progression to the Training Dept and wider business
    Manage all training request that require delivery by external training providers
    Communicate with selected providers to gather details on course content and delivery method
    Communicate with requesting department to ensure course is fit for purpose
    Manage internal procurement process
