Lab Technicians  ( Concrete Mixing )

• Conducting the quality test per the procedures before department from the plant sampling of concrete, cohesiveness, slum, concrete temperature, density and making cubes
• Monitoring the concrete customer requirement as per schedule
• Experienced in use micro silica & fiber concrete
• Reporting to lab supervision on day to day activities

Tests on Concrete:

• Compression test on Cubes, Mortar Cubes
• Sampling of fresh concrete
• Slump, Temperature, Density & Making cubes
• Sieve Analysis
• Specific Gravity & Water Absorption
• Flakiness & Elongation Index
• Relative Density

Salary structure  & Other Benefit Policy of Company

Kindly note that there salary is divided in following parts in Offer letter -

Total Salary

1. Basic Salary -40% of total Salary to be paid  as Basic Salary from Total given salary
2. Accommodation Allowance -20% of total Salary to be paid  as Basic Salary from Total given salary
3. Transport Allowance -10% of total Salary to be paid  as Basic Salary from Total given salary
4. Other Allowance -30% of total Salary to be paid  as Basic Salary from
5. Total given salaryTotal Salary   = (  This is bifurcation of Salary to be paid each Months

Duty Hours - Daily Duty Hours 8 Hours + 1 Hour Linch Break

Over Time - If applocable for applied job - Than 1 Hours daily and if required more than normal hours that is also applocable
