Crew Coordinator (Recruitment -Full-time)

To manage all aspects of crew recruitment, mobilization, and compliance for marine/offshore operations. The role involves sourcing qualified personnel, verifying certifications, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Crewing Coordinator in recruitment (marine/offshore).
• Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to perform under pressure.

Salary : 5000 QR. (other benefits will discuss during interview)
