Pipe spray painter typically involves a range of responsibilities related to preparing, painting, and finishing steel pipes.
The job description typically includes:

1. Able to Prepare steel pipes for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces to remove dirt, rust, and debris. This  may involve using abrasive tools, solvents, and cleaning agents to ensure proper adhesion of paint coatings.
2. Able to Apply paint coatings to steel pipes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, according to project specifications and  quality standards. Select appropriate paint materials, colours, and finishes based on project requirements.
3. Good Spray painting techniques by utilizing proper use of spray guns to achieve even coverage, smooth finishes, and  uniform color distribution on steel pipes. Adjust paint flow, air pressure, and nozzle settings to control paint application  and minimize overspray.
4. Able to run quality control and Inspect painted surfaces for defects, runs, or imperfections and make necessary corrections to ensure high-quality finishes. Verify colour consistency, paint thickness, and adherence to specifications to meet project requirements.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain spray painting equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure consistent performance.
6. Following safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Terms & Condition:

• Basic Salary: 40% of full salary
• Allowance if any: 60% of full salary 
• Total Salary: 1500 - 1800 AED
• Visa: Employment Visa Provided by Company
• Air Passage: After completing 2 years
• Joining: Yes, if coming outside from UAE.
• Return: After completing 2 years of contract
