Client Profile - Client is a International Consultancy specializing in Claims, Arbitration, Expert Witness Services, Technical Advisory & Contract Management. They are handling Industrial Disputes on one side like Delay, Quantum & Extension of Time (EOT) matters & deployment of Technical Experts on another side, including multi million dollars Construction, Industrial & Infrastructure disputes. They enjoy a very position on GAR as they help resolving complex disputes through ADR methods.  
 
 Position - Resident Business Development Manager - Africa (Industry Disputes)-Either Gender
 
Job Location - Extensive Travel in home country & across whole Africa.  
 
Qualification – Engineering Graduate / Contracts Management / ADR / Legal qualifications

Experience - Minimum experience 10+ years in above mentioned Verticals in Africa . Should be well versed with local rules / regulations and a self starter having good contacts in the ADR industry, to work with minimum supervision and achieve targets
