DREDGING SUPERINTENDENT to join marine dredging projects in Qatar 🇶🇦 & Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦.

 Location: Qatar & KSA

Our Client is looking for an experienced Dredging Superintendent to lead and supervise dredging operations for major marine and offshore projects.
Requirements
✔️Minimum 10+ years of dredging experience.
✔️At least 5 years as a Dredging Superintendent.
✔️Experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD), Backhoe Dredgers, pipelines, booster stations, and marine support vessels.
✔️Strong background in port development, land reclamation, navigation channel dredging, and coastal protection projects.
✔️GCC or international dredging project experience is preferred.
✔️Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

⚓ Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and manage daily dredging operations.
✅ Ensure project execution is safe, efficient, and on schedule.
✅ Coordinate dredgers, support vessels, barges, and marine crews.
✅ Monitor production, hydrographic survey progress, and project performance.
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standards.
✅ Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and Marine Authorities.
✅ Optimize equipment utilization and operational productivity.
✅ Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
