PLANNING ENGINEER ( Road & Bridges ) 

1. Responsible for preparation, updating and tracking of Baseline schedule, 3 months look ahead schedule, delay impact program, monthly schedule, material procurement program, master list of material and internal schedule.
2. Responsible for defining and preparing the updates of site organizational structure.
3. Responsible for estimation and preparation of recovery program to catch up with the delays and evaluate allocation of resources and provide a recommendation to maintain required progress and ensures it in adherence with company set policies.
4. Responsible for developing and implementing plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan
5. Preparation of a construction schedule for the tendering purpose.
6. Preparation of the master project construction program for new jobs.
7. Prepare the recovery schedules.  
8. Provide information in preparation for technical submittal for the tenders.
9. Updating and monitoring of the construction program of ongoing projects.
10. Maintaining a copy of the construction program for various ongoing projects.
11. On hands working experience in Primavera-P6
