• Prepare valuations for various projects.
• Checking supplied material quantities against claim in valuation.
• Prepare invoice with the covering letter and submit to Client.
• Attending valuation meeting and agree interim valuations.
• Obtain valuation certificate from Client.
• Prepare interim invoice as per client certificate.
• Checked and certify sub-contractors valuation.
• Preparing sub-contract payment authority.
• Prepare final account.
• Following up payments.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Advising on procurement strategy. • Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders. • Allocating work to subcontractors.
• Providing advice on contractual claims.
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
Qualification and Experience - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering from a recognized University or Colleges with QS Degree - Knowledge of Microsoft project and AutoCAD -
Preferred Experience: 5-10 years of experience in same field - Should have experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects.
