HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER ( SPECIALISED IN BULK RECRUITMENT OF BLUE COLLAR AS WELL STAFF POSITIONS

BBA ( With Specialisation in Human Resources  ) OR Diploma in Human Resources or Equivalent , below 35 years of age .Muscat have GCC experience in recruitment of large number of personnel ( Staff as well as Blue collar ) in Engineering & Construction and Oil & Gas sector.

Since there is regular and bulk recruitments hence it is Target driven job. You must be able to manage full cycle of recruitment independently with schedule. Work closely with Project Manager and other project leaders  to ensure staffing and other requirement of Manpower needs are met throughout construction phases  and same in Oil & Gas sector. Prepare recruitment reports and keep on coordinating with Management and Site Leadership. Knowledge of Sultanate of Oman labour laws, visa and immigration procedures, and HR compliance is an added advantage

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proactive and initiative taker
