Job Profile:
Controls budgets approved by the management ensuring that the financial objectives set by the Management is achieved.
Assists in the development of Purchase Strategy for commodities.
Manages strategic relationships with key suppliers and industry bodies.
Develops and maintains documentation in support of key Supplier and Development initiatives.
Contract Management : Identify & mitigate risks by the way of contracts, SLA’s and other T&C’s
Handles and directs the process of supply chain.
Builds and maintains good relationships with the clients, line managers as well as with the entire team to make them understand the targets & objectives.
Finds new means to reduce the cost and increase profitability
Develops and implements long term goals in order to ensure efficiency.
Provide support to the project board and checkpoints for Projects.
Represent the company in internal and external forums.
Management of key risks on behalf of the Procurement, Inventory & Logistics Division.
Involvement in a number of internal initiatives and working groups and making presentations to large audiences.
Leads the management of projects, defining project plans, managing reporting mechanisms and identifying and managing risks.
Evaluate Outsourcing opportunities for non-core functions to reduce costs
Defines clear project or program outcomes as part of business case development, and reviews progress against them regularly.
Use financial and economic analysis to determine financial impact and develop effective plans.
Allocate, monitor and adjusts resources to meet changing delivery needs.
Communicates the strategic vision clearly, adopts a corporate approach and inspires the team to achieve its goals.
Authorizes and encourages the team to invest time to come up with improved ways of doing things.
Create Strategic initiatives to help smooth and on time delivery of goods to Customers Support the sales in ensuring delivery on time to customers, locally & internationally
Manage and monitor performance of the 3PL
Focus on Sustainable Procurement and support company’s green initiatives.
