First Stage

SKC Management Consultancy team visit their clients, understand set up of organization, business, working culture, infrastructure and requirements. Our Team leader will read there website at first instance ,meet or call client to obtain following additional information, which will ultimately help us in short listing right candidate

Second Stage

We enter into an agreement first with our client to agree on terms & condition for providing our consultancy services. We have our standard terms of agreement. The following is our standard format of agreement to be signed by both parties for overseas recruitments –

AGENCY AGREEMENT

We hereby agree today on _________________to take up the services of M/s. SKC Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India for recruitment of candidates on the following terms and conditions mutually agreed and accepted below by both the parties

BETWEEN

SKC Management Consultancy (P) Ltd.
(Herein after called the First Party) with the address at
T-4 & T-5, Sector 6 & Plot 6, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, India.

AND

(Herein after called the Second Party) with the address at
 


Agreed As:

The First Party will recommend suitable candidates for final interviews on receipt of Demand Letter from the Second Party. The Demand Letter will contain the detailed job profile, age group, educational qualification, skills required, experience, contract period, salary package and other details of facilities provided by the Second Party.

This agreement is applicable for all the recruitments made through the First Party.

Payment Terms:

(a) A professional fee of (As mutually agreed between us & Client) of each candidate appointed will be billed on the 7th day from the joining date of the candidate(s) to M/s. ………………………..

(b) The Second Party is agreed to provide Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Visa, Service Contract copy as well as the date of joining of candidates for POE approval as well as billing purpose.

(c) Mode of Payment: Payment can be made in Indian Rupees by Cheque / Demand Draft or Telex Transfer to M/s. SKC Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Account Number: 333, Union Bank of India, Bansal Plaza, Central Market, Sector-6, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, India.

d) Schedule: Payment of our invoice is to be made within 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate(s). A receipt of the same will be sent on realization of cheque/draft, etc.

(e) Special clause: Additional Terms & Conditions will be added to this agreement according to the Govt. of India directives from time to time. Such directives (with documentary evidence) will be conveyed to the Second Party as and when it is implemented by the authorities and will be
considered part of this Agreement.

(F) SKC Management will put all requirement of client to its website
www.skcmanagement.com with company logo.

Guarantee


If a candidate resign or leave the company by his own accord within 90 days of his joining date, provided all the agreed employment terms are honored/fulfilled against the said candidate by the Second Party, M/s. SKC Management Consultancy will provide free replacement subject to absence of any difference in compensation of the candidate selected. Incase of any such difference, suitable differential adjustments in payment would be worked out.

Domestic clients in India – All clauses of agreement will remain same except clause B of payment terms, clause C - Mode of Payment ( It will be in Canara Bank ) and addition of Service tax clause


Third Stage

Mandatory requirements for documents for Middle East countries only-
Before we accept any requirements from our Middle East clients, it’s mandatory as per directives, by Government of India, Ministry of Labour, that we must have following original documents from our client in given format duly attested by Indian consulate.

1. Power of Attorney
2. Demand Letter in prescribed format by Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
3. Specimen copy of contract/appointment letter/agreement.

All the above three documents must be signed by authorized signatory of company with seal on it. We are not permitted either to release advertisement or conduct interviews or any other activities on behalf of foreign client without approval of these documents by Ministry of Labour, Government of India.

Fourth Stage – Execution

a) Screening of CVs as per job description given by client.
b) Preliminary assessment through TELEPHONIC discussion with the candidate.
c) Further assessment of candidate in PERSON by SKC Consultant (those short listed after telephonic interview). Out station candidates assessed through Video conference system.
d) Forward short-listed CVs with SKC Assessment Report to client
e) Brief candidate regarding client’s organization before sending him for final interview
f) Intimate date, time and location of client’s office to candidate for final interview.

a) Expedite joining process of finally selected candidates and to act as a bridge between candidate & client until they join.
b) Middle East Candidates –Completion of Medical, Emigration, Visa formalities, orientation to candidates about geographical situation, general policies or important Government directives in the country of deployment.
c) Provide assistance for overseas candidate even at airport for smooth departure of candidate

Consultation / discussion with client regarding performance of placed candidates within 90 days.
